I have been a Sam’s Club member for over 5 years, but my recent experience with customer service was very disappointing. The staff member I approached for help (an Asian lady at the desk) was very unprofessional—when I asked a question, she did not respond verbally but only moved her head with an attitude. The new way of ordering café items is very inefficient and causes a major backlog. The gentleman at the counter calling numbers isn’t loud enough, and is drowned out easily by the background noise Causing you to miss your number so they don’t prepare your order. By the time you realize they skipped you several minutes have passed and you’re back at the end of the line Hopefully this is temporary, but if it stays, I’ll just go to Costco
