The worst service I ever had. This is the worst. I never waited so long on the phone. I called the store and after 10 rings a woman answered. She did not want to transfer me, but reluctantly did. It got worse. They put me on hold 15 minutes later never came back. I called the store back no answer. Sorry Sam's Club you lost me.
