It's Sam's so it's always crowded. Need more cashiers. Nobody wants to self check a cartful of groceries. Hate having to wait in line to leave the store. Scan & go is the way to go!

Update December 30, 2025 - Removing one star This Sam's Club was once a great example of how good a Sam's Club could be. This location continues fall short on a number of issues. There is always a line at Membership Services, but today, there is only one person during the lunchtime holiday rush. The food services lady was super nice, trying to take care of the lines of people trying to grab a dog or a pizza. The icee machine is only partially working, no Coke icee. Place was jammed packed. Parking was somewhat difficult. Employees were polite and helpful. But I was in and out. I love scan and go.

Gas dude shut the pump down at 5:58 on Christmas Eve and said…we close at 6. The nozzle was in my car my man and I had just got out of the hospital with my daughter all week I didn’t know. Just saying those big orange cones might have been a good idea to put out prior so your not shutting someone down with no fuel on Christmas Eve…and yeah my spouse had to work there today too rather than being at the hospital with us, no reason to be a salty sailor sir. I hope your week goes better and btw I legit love Sam’s club.
