The pick-up service at Sam's Club is a real nightmare for drivers. The waits are incredibly long, sometimes more than an hour, without a comfortable place to wait. The employees are unfriendly and have no hurry to bring the orders. To top it off, no one shows their face to solve anything! It is a total lack of respect towards our time and work. I definitely don't recommend it!'
I most likely will not be renewing membership, tried to do an order pick up. Waited 40 minutes and left, the excuse they gave was it was raining. They let a bunch of customers sit there saying the weather was the problem, saying managers wanted to us to pull up to the covered area. They called a wrong number and sent no one out there to inform you, what was going on. I’m not the only one with that this issue wasted so much time to get nothing. Will not be back.
