Wonderful staff
What a load of garbage. I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Can't get a call back. Can't get a call back from messages left. I am hard of hearing, and I can't get my hearing aid supplies or get an appointment to get prescription adjusted on the hearing aids. Can't get appointment website to load either. No hearing associates at any Sam's club that I have been able to get on the phone either. Apparently the disabled don't matter to Sam's, and or apparently they're not paying enough to keep hearing aid Doctors.
