⭐ 1/5 We visited Sam’s Club on March 2, 2025, around noon to collect our physical membership card. The tall lady at the customer service desk informed us that they no longer provide physical cards. However, her attitude was extremely rude—she spoke to us as if we were asking for something free or unreasonable. Customer service should be about helping members, not making them feel unwelcome. Employees like this are not suited for customer-facing roles. Very disappointing experience!
