Ordered online went pick was very quick and very nice
The person Teri at the exit was rude to us. I asked her a question about the scanner and the 2 lines, and she completely ignored me. I asked for a manager and explained my disappointment at being treated like that. While waiting for the manager, I heard Teri telling another customer about my "attitude." I was so shocked, as I had not raised my voice to her at all. I simply said, "If you won't answer my question, I want to talk to a manager who can." The manager Rick was very nice. This Sam's club is clean and neatly organized... No complaints here, best of all you can get a hot dog and pop for less than $2 at the cafe
