This place has gone down hill so fast. The quality of food, from the burned rotisserie chickens, to the irritated staff in the hot food court, to workers who purposely bump into you and when u say excuse me, they either dont speak english or tell you they have a job to do and with soo many ppl they have to do what they have to do. Then lets not start about the parking lot, between ppl selling food and items to carts all over and the cart rack overflowing to customers fighting and damaging ppls cars. This location excels in its ability to waste members’ time. While I don’t blame the workers they keep on menial tasks, the leads and managers do a poor job of keeping their inventory stocked with their own store brands or with the necessary resources to obtain said products. All with a troubling attitude of passing the buck and over reliance on a system that’s as poorly maintained as the rest of the of this location.
No ice in one of the machines , ran out of Pepsi in one of the machines, very bad upkeep I worked for a restaurant and we would always fill both machine 3 times daily with fresh ice
