Absolutely terrible experience purchasing a large swing set. We’ve ordered with swing set over 8 months ago for our 3 children. The cost of the swing set was over 3,000.00. The swing set arrived about 4 months ago in parts and pieces which the slide was cracked in all 4 sections. A sub contractor arrived last month to inform us that he can only partially put it together. There has need numerous phone calls and emails with no end in sight. I would never purchase a large item from them again.
