I love these Sam's club ! I've discovered to never order baked or frozen, refrigerated items via pickup. Rolls aren't fresh and frozen is ½ thawed. Refrigerated items get warm via pickup.
Been in pick up for an hour and we still didn’t get our water bottles, absolute waste of time we never got them.
Sams club is getting worse and worse. I placed an order on line for curbside pickup. Should be quick and easy right. Huh. The order was placed yesterday morning for pickup this morning. 20 + items. I open the email they sent saying my order was ready..put in my lane number and.10 minutes later a woman comes out with 7 items. I said, is that it.
