I love Sam's club ! I've discovered to never order baked or frozen, refrigerated items via pickup. Rolls aren't fresh and frozen is ½ thawed. Refrigerated items get warm via pickup. Otherwise, pickup is awesome !

Been in pick up for an hour and we still didn’t get our water bottles, absolute waste of time we never got them.
