Impossible to obtain a phone number #Clean #Good Selection
Since this club moved from Grandview hasnt been the same level of service. Starting from the top management on down to the cashiers and concession hotdog sales. (Always out of something) I had the same or worse experience in the tire shop as last review. Way understaffed in tire shop on a regular basis and refused to call in more employees when I suggested to management. Got the old "Thats just the way it is" Need strong attentive management!!! VERY Disappointed in management! Went to have my tires rotated and balanced at the tire service area where I have purchased them. And waited over an hour because they were under staffed due to mismanaging. But the worst part was there was no one else waiting or having their vehicle serviced! And the only employee working the area was too busy sitting and talking on his cell phone until management came in and had to call in another employee after we complained.
