Although my wife and I have always loved Sam’s Club, its been very disappointing to experience the poor curbside service of this particular club. The past five curbside orders from this club have been cancelled. It had never happened to us in all other clubs. Only this particular one. I hope they get better at this.

It's crazy how people handling food in their deli area Obviously have not been trained for a proper food handling skills. They touch money with their gloves on at the cash register, then they go to make your food and grab your food with those same gloves that they touch the money with. I have brought it up with multiple different managers and it still seems to happen. I wanted to thank the manager Rene Portillo and Sam's Club Santa Fe for their generous support of the Santa Fe High wrestling team. The staff is always helpful and polite, and the club is always clean and full of all the supplies we need Their support for the team and community helps to make Santa Fe an amazing place.

I was lost looking for an item and one of the employees was so kind and walked me over to help find what I was looking for. The pharmacy and staff are always helpful and answer all my questions, and are efficient with their service.

This Sam's is "okay." Compared to Sam's in large cities it's short on the variety to inventory. The parking lot design is poor at best. And, they're short on shopping carts. That said, I'm glad Sam's is in town as grocery stores here are lacking.
