Great! Tiffany was quite helpful as I was having issues with swipping my card at the register. As usual, your employees are always happy and helpful, and restrooms are always clean (APPRECIATED)!!! A great shopping experience!
Even though it is convienient to shop at sams club, there are issues that i am disappointed in, the prices that are on the items in the store are not always the same and i end up paying more than expected. The managers up front ig ore what questions i have and then inform me of the wrong things. The prices marked on the items should be what the customers pay. The cistomers are asking questions because it is necessary and don't need to be ignored.

Did not allow paying members access to the parking lot to see 4th of July fireworks in Santa Fe, NM. All the other stores and restaurants allowed their parking lots to be used. It sure would have been patriotic and supportive of their community to have Sam's allow their large parking lot. Security guard was rude to two smiling seniors. Could have just politely told us, "Sorry Sam's is not allowing anybody to park here for fireworks" and then given a logical reason why.
HAIRNET RICK I am writing to file a formal and urgent complaint regarding a deeply disturbing experience I had at your SANTA FE Sam’s Club, involving a manager named Rick (easily identified by his hairnet and aggressive demeanor and potential violence towards guests.
