I tried to get in touch with one of their departments, but no one answered for 15 minutes, and the call was eventually disconnected. I was finally able to reach someone in another department, who transferred me back to customer service, where I was placed on hold again. When I called the representative back, she said she didn’t know how to help and didn’t have access to any extensions. Overall, a frustrating experience, especially since my call was time-sensitive.
