I called to speak to a supervisor about my receipt so I could get a warranty problem fixed. I was told what time they'd call me. They decided not to call me back! I will never purchase another electronic through them! I needed more proof for Sony then was on the receipt and no one wanted to help me! Thanks for nothing Sam's Club!
Very disappointed in the meat department, the employee was very unwilling or helpful when wanting to purchase bulk case priced meat. 90/10 case hamburger showed in stock online, the kid said they had it but you will have to buy whats out on display, they wont sell case. When i asked for a box to put the meat in, he again said no, the boxes are used for people returning stuff. First time in 15 years this happened, we drove 110 miles to go to sams club for case meat and the choice was either spend more, get less, or drive home... read more
I like Sam's club, and the price is not bad. Check out is quick. There is an app for your phone just scan your items and walk out or use self checkout or use the checkout where they scan your items
