I order every week a delivery from Sam's Club Durham. Today the order was wrong and the drivers don't speak any English. I told her the order was wrong and she just took a picture and left. I always put a tip on the bill, which she definitely doesn't deserve. Why is Sam's Club allowing their staff not to speak English when they come in contact with customers. I tried to call the Club, but no one answers the phone.
I have been a member of this Sams Club for years. The parking for pickup changed and moved to another location in the parking lot. The past 3 times I went for a pickup, there were no parking spots available, out of 14 spots. They were all filled with customers shopping in the store. I also waited for 30 minutes for my last order to be brought out to us. We had to go inside and see why it was taking so long. If I can't do pickup here, it makes me want to just cancel my membership.
