Update: The assistant store manager, Tiara, reached out personally to apologize and to make it right. Although that curbside experience was crazy, she did state that they are working on fixing that department. Honestly her sincere effort of reaching out directly was such a nice gesture that it renewed my faith in Sam’s. Previous: One hour waiting for my curbside order! One hour!!!! 1st time: Not so helpful staff.. if you get caught on a busy day they all act like they don’t work there.. was in self checkout and had 3-4 different employees direct me to someone else.. kinda like a “not my problem situation”. 2nd time: placed an order for pick up. Said it was ready, waited about 40+ mins then finally got down for them to tell me one of my food packages were opened and they had no more left. This place went from having a 2 star to a 1.. and can’t even leave a negative star because I would.
