Very nice Sam's!
I’ve been a long-time Sam’s Club customer, but unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had a really bad experience. While checking out, the cashier and a man who appeared to be a manager (wearing glasses and a black sweater) were very rude and dismissive. Because I was having issues with my card, I went to customer service, where Thinh was extremely helpful and resolved my issue quickly.
