my only issue was on how slow they were at the cafe/food place. i only ordered one slice of pizza and had to wait 40 minutes. they should've given me the option to step to the side and just get the slice. they need better options for people that order only 1 thing compared to others that order alot of stuff
Great staff. Clean location
One of the best things Sam's Club ever did was create the Scan n Go app. Only line you'll face is the one getting out of the door, and it's only occasionally annoying.
This review is based on my order pick up experience. Sam’s please train your pick up employees accordingly. I placed an order for pick up on July 1st. When I got home and inspected my items I noticed that the steak that I paid a lot of money for wasn’t even steak, the meat was so thin that it literally looked like carne asada, if I wanted flat steak I would’ve ordered that, I ordered nice thick steak and did not receive that yet I was charged for it.
