Customer Service is poor. It is 254 pm and was told by worker that it will take 3 hrs to take down a pallet of water that was visible of 5 feet away. Took us to go to the front that they have to locate a forklift driver to the water down which would take an additional 30 minutes.
Worst pick up order experience ever. Last Friday, I had to wait a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes, finally left parking lot 8:45 pm. The first half hour to 40 minutes was spent camping in the parking lot waiting for a pick up spot to open up. At first, I thought all the spots were taken by people who were actively shopping inside the store. I thought this because I did not see anyone bringing out pick up orders. You will not wait less than 30 minutes for a pick up order and nobody answers the phone.
Absolutely the worst pickup service I’ve ever experienced! The attendants couldn’t care less if they tried. This is my first and DEFINITELY my last at this Sam’s club. I’m done- switching to Costco immediately!
Pickup wait is absolutely ridiculous. Regretting renewing my membership!
