My one star is directed towards the bakery section. I came across a group of nasty women who refused to help direct me when I was trying to Order a cake. This is the second time this happened to me at the bakery. I found a supervisor in the from that tried her best to help. (She also witnessed the snappy attitude of the other woman.) the helpful supervisors name was Mona. She is always friendly and helpful every time I see her. Mona gets 5 starts from me. (Ended up getting the cake from Publix)
They sell this plastic wrap that makes me hate them several times a day.
The pickup area is the worst they send me a text that my order was ready about 2:40 pm and is 3:42 pm and still nothing I do use this service cause I have little kids so I can came in take my order and live right away but this is ridiculous never again
