Greeter-Grinch experience more than compensated for by tire tech. I'm over 50 and tech seemed like he was less than 20. But he patiently peeled back the onion until he found that my leaking tire was really a cracked rim. He wouldn't let me drive out with it like that. He put on my spare and sent me on my way. He knew that there are several rim types that I'd have to get a match to. He told me to bring it back to have the tire put back on the new rim, although the rim store is going to do that for me.
