This store is lacking some serious customer service skills I called 4 times to speak to someone in jewelry. the first two times I was transferred to a random department then hung up on. the last two I was put on hold before even finishing my sentence both times I waited for 15 min assuming I'd get a manager. Both times I did not. Ill never waste my time to actually go there.
