Ms. Nicole went above and beyond! I just lost my father a month ago, and it's been a tough few months and she made our night extra fabulous. Great job Sams club on providing great staff for your customers! Nicole works at the fuel station. She is amazing!
There is No sense of urgency to help customers at Sams Club during busy times with long checkout lines. I had memberships at Costco and Sams Club. Due to poor customer service, I now have only a Costco membership. The two businesses models are similar in many ways, but there are a few distinct differences. Whenever checkout lines, including self-service check stands, at Costco have more than 3 or 4 customers in line, you will be greeted by an employee that will pre-scan your merchandise.
