When you purchase a CUSTOM CAKE it's supposed to be custom.. so why is it that we didnt get the service we asked for. Also why we ordered a marble cake & got vanilla, this is the 4th time we order a cake & have the same issue. This is military events big cakes & we got a horrible service, even the design picture we provided was ruined. I had a frustrating experience at Sam’s Club due to being given incorrect information about membership policy. An employee informed me that I needed to purchase a separate membership for my father, despite the fact that my account already includes a free household card for an additional member.
