It's very clean and well organized. Everything is where it's supposed to be. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of all the women's bathrooms are clean clean clean!!!
I was calling around to all the Sam's trying to locate a particular pitcher/glass jar that Sam's sold around the holidays. I called the Arvada store and was lucky enough to get Nikki. I had several questions for her that had her on the phone for 15 minutes and she continued to give me the best customer service. When she found the product I was looking and heard me say I lived in Aurora, she immediately asked if she could locate this product at a closer Sam's to our house. This location is very busy - I try to go on weekdays as early as possible. You can't beat the prices here though.
