This is such a difficult location to navigate for parking. And the curbside pickup spots are always full. Several of the vehicles are parked, and not customers waiting for their orders. It is extremely difficult for curbside at this location. However, the employees and kind and provide good customer service.

I pay extra to be a ‘plus member’ and take advantage of their ‘free’ curbside. However curbside has taken way too long the past few visits, some over an HOUR! At this point it might be faster to just go in and grab the things myself. 1. Curbside wait times are long 2. Can never find curbside parking 3. SOME of the curbside employees are rude (not all). It seems like there was only one guy working curbside today, poor guy must’ve been stressed.

One of the worst ones there is from a management standpoint anyway. Service inside the store as well as telephone is non-existent. however once you get there and check in with the app they get the stuff right out to your car those young men were hard and they are fast.

This review for the Tire and battery department. I purchased tires at another location and they did a static Balance (single set of weights placed on a central line). The steering wheel had a shimmy afterwards from the balancing and needed to be rebalanced. Weeks later while in the Katy area I brought my vehicle to this location for the rebalancing on my off day. After the rebalancing, the car still had a slight shimmy, but it was much better than before. So I left it alone. It wasn’t until I replaced my brakes over the week... read more
