What’s the point in ordering ahead for the cafe if they’re not gonna have the items ready when you come to pick them up? Specially the whole pizzas that take more than 19 minutes to cook?
I ordered a cake from Sam's Club in Katy on Sunday May 17th for my son's Graduation Party that was not pleased with!!! I printed a picture that I wanted on my cake also, that had to pay for and I took it to them a week before my event. When I arrived to pick the cake up myself and another lady was standing there waiting on someone to acknowledge us. I waited for over 10 minutes before someone came over and got my information.
