Need more human cashiers! Everyone does not like apps. A lot of complaints are concerning extremely long lines. Employees are rude - using cell phones while customers need help. Store is dirty. Shelves are not well stocked or kept clean.
July 24, 2025, I placed an online order to be picked up. (My previous order took about 45 minutes to make it out to my car.) Service at this location is horrible. Only scheduling one person to work the pick up area is ridiculous and the old lady at the entrance door should just stay home. She was not helpful at all and a bit on the lazy side. I canceled the order and haven't been back since. An hour wait time for someone to run a few groceries out to the car is definitely not worth it. It's supposed to be a time SAVER. This ... read more
