Another difficult shopping experience at Sam's club on Broadway. Checkout clerk does not know what she is doing. Membership does not know what they are doing. Last August when I joined I was not issued a physical card because they did not have the capability to do so. Today at checkout I was asked to present my physical card. When I said I was never issued one, the clerk directed me to the membership line, which was long, and told me I couldn't check out without a physical card. The clerk is misinformed.
