I will say the customer service is Excellent! Unfortunately the standards of their meat, not so much. The chicken breasts are partially frozen. The oxtails they're selling are all fat and they're $35 a pack! It's just ridiculous. I wish I would have taken a picture. Plus they were leaking. The way the meat was packaged was rushed and unprofessional. I will stick to the Northfield Sam's, if I can help it. I thought it would be great to shop here and more convenient since I live closer to this club. NOT 👎
