Don’t order from the app. The delivery driver cancelled my cases water, which was the only thing I really needed. still had to pay the fees and the tip based off the previous amount. When the driver arrived, I asked him what happened with my order and he just kept saying “no water”. Called customer service to rectify it, only to be answered by AI who couldn’t find my order.
