I have been having such an issue with them. I used to go there shop, & get gas all the time. I had to stop going. They are double charging for gas, blaming it on the staff that is pumping the gas, and had an outrageous amount of money from my account being held until the transaction for the gas clears. When I spoke to the manager about it, he told me they don't do that and that it's my bank's fault. Good place to get supplies and gas up
I'm here at least once a week or more My membership is totally worth it. So happy they added few gluten free items. THANKS Sam's club. On other note, they need more workers at the customer service counter especially when it gets busier. Carl's professional attitude seems short under the pressure .
Very busy today. Had to wait in line for a rotisserie chicken.
