I ordered a cake on November 17th for pickup on November 26th the cake was for my mom birthday. I get an email @550 saying my cake was ready for pickup. I get to Sam's and they don't have my cake but they have an order on their iPad saying the cake was done but they couldn't find it. So now I don't have a cake for my mom birthday on tomorrow
If your needing automotive help just walk in, you will find the automotive department just inside the door to the left. Walk past there to somewhere around the bakery/deli and find the self driving floor cleaner. No you won't get any help there but at least the conversation will be better and a better use of your time. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible staff works harder to get out of work than sell/install your parts ordered through them.
