Good experience
Ordering from the cafe is downright embarrassing. You can only order from the app and checkout. In my case, I did at checkout. Then your order is out in queue as only two (maybe three if youre lucky) employees work down a queue of orders. Instead of before having someone at the register taking orders that could optimize the service, you now are stuck waiting for the 13 orders ahead of you to get a single slice of pizza on a plate.
