I previously ordered 60 cupcakes for my daughter birthday, I have constantly tried to get ahold of bakery to make a change with my order in advance and it’s impossible to get ahold of them .. the phone literally hangs up… very disappointed in this Sam’s.
This was the worst experience for curbside pick up. I arrived to the club at around 10:20am-ish and checked in at #6. I received an alert that my order would be out in about 5-10 minutes. I sat and waited and noticeably, it was dark and rain was coming and the wind started to push more. I saw a few drops and thought "dang, I was trying to beat the rain".
