Close to home and easy parking Very convenient shopping, courteous greeters, easy to find merchandise, always clean. Nice big parking lot makes it easy to find parking spaces. Sam's has everything! This Sam's location is the best! I've heard that it is a 'model store' for the Houston area. The greeters are always so nice and the person that checks you at the door is always courteous too. The store has a wide variety of most anything you need. You can always trust that if Sam's has it - it is worth having. The food choices are the best! No where else can you find the special types of frozen foods that is carried here. Unsatisfied customer service I got a rude responce during telephone call to check if item was in stock and plus had me waiting 15 minutes on hold since she was going to check for similar item. Good thing the Hitchcock store is nearby and they where more than greatfull in helping me out.
