I am a member and I bought tires for a car that my son drives; a couple of days ago one of the tires blew out and I told my son to bring the car to SAMS in Midlothian and they refused to replace the tire. He was told that unless I was physically present that they would not replace the tire or even sell him another unless he bought a membership, despite the fact that the car and another one of my cars was on the computer showing a service history at that store. Gas station Their gas station is usually one of the cheapest places to get gas. Their service is friendly, and fast. I try to put gas in there whenever I am up that way to save myself some money. The assistance is always there when you need it and I like that, it definitly differs from your normal gas station where you are left on your own if you have a problem or question.

great gas prices I always fill up here at this sam's club - they're not that close to my house but it's worth the drive when I fill the tank - there is never any waiting but you do need a sam's card to get gas. Sam's inside is great, as usual and there's always something new all the time - not to mention the yummy samples to try on the weekends!

Excellent Shopping Wonderful Pricing Sams is wonderful to shop for just about anything, reasonable prices and excellent amounts of items in stock ! Always bring new items in, and have great amounts of food samples during the day ! Prescriptions are sometimes cheaper without insurance and also plain cheaper in there pharmacy ! Photo prining is fast also wonderful prices.....

I love shopping at Sam's Club Everytime I go into Sam's Club, I always find everything I need plus more. The workers at this location is so friendly. They always make me feel as if i am important.

Sam's Club Sam's Club is the place to go if you want to buy in bulk. They also carry electronic equipment, tires and furniture. The lines are always long and the customer service is not that great.

Sam's Club Roanoke, VA Sam's Club, what a great place to buy in bulk. It's like the aisles go on forever full of items that you need. You can find some of the best deals here on particular items that you are looking for. Their staff on the other hand could be better. I've always had a bad experience with the staff that works at this Sam's Club. They've been very rude and down right insulting at times. I would not recommend this store unless you steer clear of the employees and management.

Great Value This is my Sams Club of choice. It is always well stocked, the employees are very helpful, and the variety is fantastic. They run sales from time to time, making the prices unbeatable. The only reason I didn't give this Sams 5 stars is that often times they are understaffed. It can make for long lines, and irritable customers. Other than that this Sams is terrific.
