I usually love Sam’s but how they mismanage the membership services on a Saturday is insane to me. There’s a giant line and only one agent working. Manager comes over to help with a question, sees the line and walks away. She does not stay to help or call more staff over. I’ve been waiting in line for over 15 min and it’s still going to be a while.
Everything is neat and accessible and I really like the scan and go on the app.
