My family and I have been members at this Sam's Club since it opened but if I had a choice, I'd cancel today. It has become painfully apparent that no one working at this store cares about their job or customer service. I have tried reaching someone today by phone regarding a delivery order 7 times, and the one time someone answered, they put me on hold for 25 minutes and never came back. This sams club has really went downhill. Long lines so not enough employees at the registers and café. Also some younger manager or front end guy with hair in a up bun and glasses has attitude and complaining about having to get employees change. Sad..
I placed a pickup order 2 days in advance, received notification that it was ready so my son and daughter-in-law went to pick it up for me. After waiting nearly an hour, my daughter-in-law called the store to be told that in the future, if she didnt want to wait that it would probably be smart to walk inside to shop herself. The service is offered as a convenience & should be fulfilled as such.
