I went to order a cake for my daughter’s birthday. It was 3:30 pm on a Tuesday. There were 3 people working in the bakery. I know that you have to order the cakes on line but I had a picture because the cake was to be personalized. I have ordered several personalized cakes from Sam’s. Only 1 person spoke up and spewed nothing but lies. She told me that they can’t take any orders. I asked for a manager. She says that they all were gone for the day. Really?? At 3:30??
