I took a 100 gram prescription to the Sam's pharmacy in Aiken. In return, I got a 60 gram refill. I was never informed about the lesser quantity. With my copay, I was actually paying for the larger quantity. because recently, I got the same 100 gram prescription filled at CVS for what I paid for the 60 grams at Sam's pharmacy in AIKEN

Never answer phone in optical department. Couldnt make apt. Was told they were out to lunch. Even at 315.

I love Sams but I must agree with the other review. The customer service for the most part is awful. A cashier and I waited 15 minutes for a manager to turn a key - one finally came over after she and several others talked and laughed while I waited. Even the cashier was angry and ashamed. The female manager acted as if she were doing me a favor. All those laughing ignoring their job were female and the same. They should be thankful they have a job.

The customer service is terrible! The customer service employees are inept and incompetent to handle any service needs. One would probably get better results from talking to monkeys at a zoo.
