UPDATED 7/26/2025 Customer service took on new meaning today. Two of Sam's team members saved my life today, preventing my suffering from a health-related fall. I know them only as Danny and Tra. These two muscular employees came to my aid in seconds, caught me as I was crumpling to the ground, got me back up, and ensured I was okay. And I was so thankful to them. The checkout process is fast and efficient, which makes the whole experience even better. Also, shoutout to their $5 rotisserie chickens — seriously, you can’t beat that deal!
