Horrendous customer service in the tire department. I bought all 4 of my tires from Sam’s in E. Plano, I needed just one tire replaced due to a blowout. I come in to this location for a consultation and my question won’t even be entertained without first scanning my member card. I get told that the exact tire is out of stock and to purchase it elsewhere and bring it in to replace. So I do that.
