Just got into a screaming match with the the lady at Sam's Club over having to show my card upon entering. I calmly told her that I don't carry the card anymore since they haven't asked for it in over 2 yrs! Things just went down hill from there. It's 2019, send me an email or a text message if you're going to abruptly change your policies. 💁♂️
BEWARE!! Do not purchase online from Sam’s. I purchased a Mattress and Box Spring set in July. My mattress was delivered on 8/21 with no box spring. I have been told every week it would be delivered that week. Now I cannot get a manager to speak to me. I have no product and they took my money. Worst customer service experience and nothing is being done to resolve it!
We had been previous members and decided to let our membership expire and chose to try another box store. It was okay but missed Sam’s Club. We went today to reactivate our Sam’s Club membership. Kelly at the service desk was awesome!! She quickly helped us while answering the phone too. She was helpful and polite to everyone. She’s a keeper!

Our local Sams club is AWFUL! Dropped off an image for a cake 7 days ago.. only to be notified at time of pickup (2 hours before party) that my 9 year olds cake could not be made due to copyright issues. Totally get the copyright issue- don’t understand why they accepted my image in the first place and didn’t notify me over the last 7 days- or even the morning that day!! When a manger was requested, we were told there was not one available until late afternoon. I’ve always gone to Sams Club for cakes but NEVER AGAIN.
