As a mom with 2 small girls, I was told I could not bag my groceries in the store, that I need to wait until I'm outside. His reasons were the robot couldnt count my items. Im sorry but my SAFTEY and my children's SAFETY is way more important than your robot. You had to scan my receipt and do your job, oh well! I refuse to stand at the back of my car and bag groceries in a parking lot, it is not safe! Unfortunately I will be ending my membership and sticking to Costco.
The manager needs to be FIRED here! They do not allow Tastes and Tips to sample food. There's so much opportunity to increase sales if they'd open this up for members. I will be canceling my membership and going to COSTCO!
