I've been a Plus member for over 10 years. I tried to purchase a new washing machine. Apparently, if you live in Idaho Falls, they don't sell a single washing machine that can be serviced here. No LG or Samsung. No Maytag. I'm just going to cancel and head on over to Costco. I was able to purchase an LG there just fine with a 2-year warranty, and delivery and installation were included. Looks like the beginning of the end for Sams.
One thing is for sure Sam's club, I DO NOT appreciate being treated like cattle!!!! Especially by a man child! If y'all are too busy socializing with coworkers to your job, then disregard me, do not herd me like an animal!!! My last two visits the employees have been more than rude!!!! And I've only been a member since December!!! Oh and the new lay out is terrible, Im not into being trapped in an idle because people are worried about samples, very frustrating and inconvenient.
