We LOVE Sam's. We've been customers for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are really what keep us coming back. Everyone is SO friendly and helpful! We brought our foster puppy in for socialization and the staff wasted no time sitting on the floor, showering her with treats, and showing her love. One of the employees even laid down on the ground to try to make our timid girl feel more comfortable. Nothing but high quality products and I love the guarantee on food. Such a great partner in our community.

Just left Sam's cat and dog grooming service, they overcharged me $5 receipt said it was an upgrade they said it was a late fee. Said my dogs nails would be free this time, because they left them too loby last time. Nope charged for that too. I tried to speak to a manager they couldn't find one even though there were two somewhere in the store. Bad reviews for Sam's cat and dog. I hope they at least gave her a bath.. They didn't eve put a bow in my dog's hair :-(

Our dog Daisy gets groomed here monthly, and they do a fabulous job. I worked in a grooming shop when I was younger, so an aware of many of the bad things that can happen in them and the red flags to look out for. They do a fabulous job and it is one of the only shops I've ever felt comfortable leaving a dog at.
