Sam is very responsive. I initially sent an inquiry to him on yelp and he responded within the hour. I sent him a photo of what I needed cleaned and he gave me an accurate price. Showed up on time on the day of service and did a great job steam cleaning my large sofa. Every detail even from putting wall corner protectors so that his equipment does not scratch the paint in the interior of my home. Sofa dried quickly, and I am very happy with the results. Sam takes pride in his work and his business.

Sam’s Carpet Services is a⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ quality company…. Sam is a true professional…..My oversized couch looks & smells like the day I purchased it…. His nice attire & clean van will definitely have me booking services with him in the future….

We have had Sam clean our carpets a couple of times now and have been very happy with the results. We have also had him clean our mother's home twice including helping remove excess moisture from a plumbing leak. We highly recommend Sam and always look forward to working with him.

We are very satisfied with Sam's service and highly recommend him! Sam came to look at our carpet after an unsatisfactory cleaning by another company left brownish blotches where there were none before. Sam explained the possible causes of the blotching and recommended a treatment. The results far exceeded our expectations. Sam is courteous and explains things thoroughly. He was on time for his appointments and was careful while in our house. We're very happy

Sam is the best!! Honest, and reliable service. I've been a repeat customer since 2016, and have watched his business grow, but no drop in his top notch quality of service and attention to detail. I don't trust anyone more to leave my home (carpets, rugs, and furniture) looking completely refreshed!
