After having such bad experiences with large cleaning services, we gave Sam's a try, and they were fantastic. Very prompt in calling after an online inquiry, he gave me detailed info as to how everything would go and approximate cost (he came in below his estimate) and he was great about working me into his schedule. The work he did was phenomenal, and my white sofa looks literally brand-new again. He took such care in my home, and this guy works hard! Please give him your business. I just had my carpets cleaned by Sam’s Carpet Wash, and the experience was absolutely awesome! The carpets look incredibly clean and fresh. Sam was very professional and took the time to explain everything, including the cleaning process and tips on how to maintain the carpets in the future. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely be using his services again. Highly recommend! Sam worked with me to arrange a carpet cleaning appointment since I had a limited window of time to get the service done in my home. He was prompt, thorough, and provided explanations of what he was doing before, during, and after. The total cost was more than reasonable given the quality of his work. I definitely would recommend Sam; my carpets look great and it's important to support locally owned businesses.
