I was in the past Monday had my gmc washed vacuum did a great job . When I got home I noticed a aluminum rack In the back of the truck goes in the trailer hitch. Long story short I called I said I had it brought it back Saturday morning asked for the manager he grabbed it out of the truck although I saved the company from having to replace it . I received no thank you glad you brought it back. Oh well
My husband had my car detailed at Sam's car wash in Lexington NC. He paid $60 dollars. The detail job was not great. It was vacuumed well, Elijah did a great job on vacuuming and getting some grease stains off the overhead upholstery. My son is a mechanic, he used my car, and got grease on the top upholstery overhead. Elijah worked and got it out. The wash was good; but the interior dusting and window cleaning is not good for the price we paid.
We feel the service isn't as good as it used to be. Just average.
