I have done business with both locations for years. Today the guy put my emergency brake on and did not tell us when we left. So we drove for 12-15 miles thinking our SUV was falling apart. After we reached our destination and upon returning to the vehicle, I noticed the park brake down. So we call Sam's Car Wash to ask why they did not let us know they put it on since we never use our park brakes and would not know what the problem was. I love coming to Sams Carwash for all my car detail needs!! I bring all 4 of my cars every week to get washed. The guys do a Excellent job in making my vehicles look Great! I highly recommend! I have been coming to this location for almost 20 years.
