Wasn't aware the shop was under new management but the excellent results were the same. Communication was perfect throughout the entire process and any question I had was answered respectfully. Every call was answered as well as the fact that I was contacted continuously during the process from start to finish. My Escalade almost looked better than when I bought it. I am very very grateful and thankful, recommend 10/10
