Used to love this place but a few weeks ago we placed the order online, paid, got a text says it was confirmed and another when ready. When we went to get it, door was locked and no one was there. Multiple people were also outside waiting. Called the restaurant a few times over the past few weeks and has not had any response. Finally just disputed it with my credit card.
This place used to be amazing but they’ve gone down hill in the last year. Not sure if there is new ownership but both the quality control and service have been awful for a while. They consistently have issues with their ordering system and claim they didn’t get orders when you arrive to pick them up. I’ve been given rancid blue cheese with my wings. I’ve had orders cancelled after I waited 45 minutes. It’s so sad because this place was our guarantee every Friday night pizza place and now I won’t go back ever again.
Very horrible experience. I ordered an online pick up through DoorDash earlier today and when I went to pick up my order, that I already payed for, there was nobody inside.I even got a message saying my order was ready but when I went to the location (the correct location by the way) there was nobody inside, the lights were on, the electronics were on, and the door was locked. The food is always delicious and the owner is an absolute stud. I highly recommend for parties or individual orders. The pizze is amazing and the staff is always top notch! I highly recommend!
