My husband and I, Don and Jane Murphy, recently purchased a refrigerator from Sam’s Best Brands. We asked for delivery and in addition, asked if the they could possibly take the one we were replacing to the basement while they were there. I informed them it would not be an easy process. We bought all new appliances from them a few months ago. Very happy. Could answer any questions to help me choose what would work best for me. Delivery guys were great. Friendly and hard workers. Was very challenging putting our refrigerator in. Doorway had barely enough room to make it to the Kitchen but they did a great job making it work. All my appliances are GE and I am also very satisfied with them.
I delivered 15 pallets and they unloaded me in under 10 minutes! Everyone was very polite and professional. Great experience — highly recommend!
