Reese and Jason were the best delivery team! Friendly and very respectful. My fridge came with a small dent but they insured me that it will be taken care of. Thank you guys for your hard work. I would recommend them! I know the dent was not their fault.
My boyfriend and I were the only customers in the store looking around. No one welcomed us, no one came over to us. We were in there for a good half hour- 45 mins looking around and then walked out without being helped. Poor service and never made a purchace.
Staff is very helpful. Owner is very nice to deal with. Have dealt with them twice since last review. On one visit, I would change nothing. However, did buy a product from them that was missing a common feature on that product. Owner seemed surprised that we wanted that feature and said they could not take it back because it was not broken.
Delivery by Jason and Dan was seamless and they are fantastic. The BEST!!! Doesn’t get any better! Sam’s is a great place to do business!
