Terribly rude and dismissive experience. By far the worst interaction I've had with a retailer in years. There are so many choices in the marketplace today and Sam's Best Brands Plus should be at the bottom of your list.

Reese and Jason were the best delivery team! Friendly and very respectful. My fridge came with a small dent but they insured me that it will be taken care of. Thank you guys for your hard work. I would recommend them! I know the dent was not their fault.
My boyfriend and I were the only customers in the store looking around. No one welcomed us, no one came over to us. We were in there for a good half hour- 45 mins looking around and then walked out without being helped. Poor service and never made a purchace.
