1/13/2026: Our laundry washer broke down and wasn't repairable. So we went to Sam's where we had previously bought new appliances. Having done our research, we purchased a top-of-the-line top loading Speed Queen (7 year warranty). The saleman suggested we might want to include new hoses, so we purchased them and also arranged for the old washer to be hauled away. The washer was delivered the next day. Terribly rude and dismissive experience. By far the worst interaction I've had with a retailer in years. There are so many choices in the marketplace today and Sam's Best Brands Plus should be at the bottom of your list.

Reese and Jason were the best delivery team! Friendly and very respectful. My fridge came with a small dent but they insured me that it will be taken care of. Thank you guys for your hard work. I would recommend them! I know the dent was not their fault.
