Craig get cuts
Been going to Sam’s for 25 years. Happy with every haircut I’ve gotten. I never choose a barber; just whoever is available. Lotus gave me the best haircut I’ve ever gotten today. Really exceptional care for detail.
Great barbershop! Nice atmosphere and they can handle whatever length you need cut.
Absolutely atrocious experience. The client asked for a small trim and their hair, which had previously been down past their ears, was cut to what could almost be described as a buzz cut. The client's barber did not listen at all to the wishes of the client and reportedly said in the middle of the cut "Now you look a real person". The barber showed complete disdain for the wishes of the client and the vibe was that of suppression and a lack of respect for the customer. Never coming here again.
Didn't follow instructions. Kind though. Apologized after.
