I was very happy when I first started coming here for a haircut. I was happy with the cut and thought I found a long term barber. I started coming regularly and was very happy. I don't want to call the person out by name but I made 3 appointments within a2 week period and all 3 of them were cancelled. Nobody offered to take care of me and cut my hair while my regular guy was away for whatever reason. It's a shame because I really liked the guy but customer service is important to me. I tried this place for the first time today and I am extremely happy. Elena was my barber and she was great! All the staff were nice, friendly, professional and they checked on everyone in the waiting area to make sure everyone’s been helped. This place is highly recommended!

Most inconsiderate barber I’ve had. Lopped off 2 inches after I requested trim. She whipped out electric shears and before I could stop her it was too late. Never have had a worse experience and will never be back.

Did not honor request for clean up and whipped out clippers to quickly to cut off way more than requested.

Customer for over 45 years. Still a traditional barber shop. Sure do miss Sam though. What a legacy he left.
