Mike Chavez was so absolutely unprofessional in answering some basic questions I had about scheduling service around some time I'd be out of service. I had worked with him in the past, and so I queued up an easy insurance claim for him and in trying to get scheduled he proceed to be totally condescending and snippy with me simply trying to establish if A) I should send him photos B) should just drop in or make an appointment.
