Mike Chavez was so absolutely unprofessional in answering some basic questions I had about scheduling service around some time I'd be out of service. I had worked with him in the past, and so I queued up an easy insurance claim for him and in trying to get scheduled he proceed to be totally condescending and snippy with me simply trying to establish if A) I should send him photos B) should just drop in or make an appointment. What a ripp off!! He cant fix a transmission! he said he could- but he is not skilled- not honest- and dont let him fix your car. He will screw it up- then when in the middle of the job then charge for how bad it is now running
