Excellent communication, fair prices, and quality work. Dimitri always explains the issues he sees and will even help you to prioritize what work should be done. Hard to find a shop that is as approachable and consistent as Sam’s.

I recently took my Jeep to Sam’s Automotive to repair its AC. They were transparent about their prices, easy to get ahold of, professional during the day of service, and fixed the problem. Great service!
The team at Sam’s is lovely - I rambled on about my 16-year-old Hyundai’s quirks and they advised what to fix and what to live with. New brakes & such were far more reasonable than a dealership. They are trustworthy & kind, I really appreciated their honesty!
