Been coming to Sam’s Auto for a while now and they never disappoint. Always honest, quick, and they treat you like family. Whether it’s something small or a big repair, they get it done right. Wouldn’t trust my car anywhere else! Would recommend them to anyone.
My son went here to get our car inspected. They looked it over and claimed our time belt is stretched, and we’d have to replace it for nearly $3000. I took the car to another auto shop that we’ve been using for decades, and they said nothing was wrong with our time belt. It can’t be stretched since it’s made of stainless steel instead of rubber. Instead we replaced the battery and several other parts for much cheaper and were on our way. Be careful of deceitful auto shops like this location. Won’t be coming back here
After having been a customer for years, I had a rude awakening. After making arrangements to leave the car for a few days to get work done & pick it up Sunday, Sam informed me (when I arrived Thursday) that I could not pick the car up on Sunday. (The conversation had been clear, as I was getting a taxi to Sam’s from the airport Sunday evening.
