We were vacationing in the area when one of our brake hoses broke on our Fiat 500. Sam was able to get us in right away and ordered the part. He was able to fix it the next day, saving our vacation. He was helpful and reasonably priced
If I ever needed a Good Samaritan, it was today. I was with my family on the way to Itasca State Park, and I got a low tire pressure warning. Making it to Lake George, I saw the 1 inch screw sticking out of my tire. It was Saturday afternoon, and the chance of finding an open garage was slim to none. We were on our way to Lake Itasca when we got the low tire pressure warning. Sam was fantastic and took us in right away. He checked out the tire throughly and provided explanations as to what he was doing / why. He was friendly and personable. Thanks to him we were back on the road with ease of mind. Thank you, Sam!
Sam was an absolute BLESSING! My car began having a misfire on my way to visit my sister. He was able to squeeze me in with no notice, and even worked outside in the cold figuring out my issue! He had the parts later that day, and even offered to give me a ride into town so I could run some of my errands while he was getting the part I needed for my car. BUYER BEWARE! In my opinion, Sam fixes the cars just well enough for them to drive away. This summer I purchased a 09 Subaru Outback from him. 3000 miles later its undriveable parked at the Subaru dealership needing a new head gasket. The Subaru dealership informed me he didn't use OEM parts. In my opinion he lies, has a temper, and refuses to guarantee his work.
