Sam is an awesome human with incredible vehicular knowledge...I can do alot of things myself...when I can't, sam is my go to...extremely fair, knows how to break things down for customers and doesn't try to sell you some package...just the work you need at an extremely fair price....great guy
You can't go wrong with Sam's Auto repair, he's taken care of all my vehicles and I'll be heading back for more work soon, I got a clunker now that's falling apart and the only person I trust to fix it is Sam!
Sam quoted me for $80 on a wheel barring job than last minute told me $200 I ended up going somewhere else Sam needs to communicate better with his customers and not give out fake prices
I can tell you this. I have not had service from Sam's....YET! However, they have the best customer service around. Owner Sam was knowledgeable on my concerns and helpful in getting what I need to know. If 5.0 is just on pricing and labor, that me tell you they need to be at a 7.0 just from the customer service!!!! Thank you Sam and I will be a customer.
